All return inquiries must email ripdcollection@gmail.com with subject "RETURN00" within 5 days of order delivery. RIPD must approve all return orders before any refunds are issued.

Once refund is approved your item must be in the same condition as received with tags still attached.

Customer will receive a shipping label and must return item within 7 days of receiving the label.

SHOPRIPD.COM will not cover any return shipping fees. Shipping expenses will be deducted from the customers refund.

Allow 3-5 business day for your account to reflect your refund depending on your bank.
EXCHANGES

All exchange inquires must email ripdcollection@gmail.com with subject "EXCHANGE00" within 14 days of order delivery. RIPD must approve all exchange orders before any exchanges are complete.

Once exchange is approved SHOPRIPD.COM will send shipping label along with your store credit amount. Customer must send the item within 7 days of receiving the label.

All sales are final. Black Friday and seasonal holiday sales are final and will not be refunded.

If you applied a promotional code to your order the sale is considered final and will not be refunded. Exchanges may be permitted upon approval.

All lingerie or under garments such as bra's, underwear, bikini's, etc. are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
